Taking long trips with guppy is possible; we just need to plan them in advance to locate the charging points where we can stop and recharge our vehicle's battery*.
Yes, the charging points are available in our app. You can rent and recharge your guppy’s battery through our app.
*Remember that it is the user's responsibility to ensure the vehicle has enough range to reach your destination.
However, we will explain the features of all our vehicles so that you have all the necessary information to plan your trip.

To plug in the guppy to a charging point:
As you may already know, at guppy we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to assist you with any emergencies that may arise.
You can call us at 649 210 756 and we will try to help you with anything you need.
Our recommendation is to have several charging points identified in case you encounter one that is not operational (although this is not common).
If such a situation arises, we will try to assist you as much as possible. However, as it is not within our control, we cannot guarantee a complete resolution of the issue.
