Taking long trips with guppy is possible; we just need to plan them in advance to locate the charging points where we can stop and recharge our vehicle's battery*.

3How to connect the vehicle to the charging point

You'll need to open the charging port cover in order to plug in the vehicle. The button with the plug symbol enchufe that opens it is usually located to the left of the steering wheel.

When you are ready to recharge the vehicle, first plug the cable into the charging point and then into the vehicle. . To unplug it, do the opposite: first disconnect the vehicle and then the charging point.

The charging point may have its own cable. If so, you'll need to select the one with the connector you require and plug it in. If the station doesn't have a connector, you'll need to use the cable that's in the trunk of the guppy.

4Charging in the guppy app

Similarly to how the map displays available guppy vehicles for rental, if you activate the charging points filter in the app, you will see the available and optimal charging points for the vehicle you have rented.

To plug in the guppy to a charging point:

SELECT THE CHARGING POINT If you're unsure where it is, you can tap on it and your phone's navigator will show you its exact location

Select START CHARGING A screen will appear showing the prices at that charging point for you to confirm that you want to start it.

Select STOP CHARGING Once you have finished charging, select STOP CHARGING and confirm the request.
