How does the guppy service work at Asturias Airport?
We'll explain the process below:
You land at the airport
Select the vehicle that suits you best and locate it in the general parking lot of AENA, just one minute away from the terminal.
Start the vehicle rental.
Open the vehicle. You will see the parking ticket on the dashboard.
Take the ticket and pay the amount. (This amount will be deducted from the cost of your rental, and if it exceeds, the difference will be added to your guppy balance).
Make sure to collect the payment receipt and upload a photo at the end of the rental in the app. (If you forget to add the receipt photo, you have 7 days from the start of the rental to send it to us by email at hola@guppy.es).
You go to the airport using guppy
Open the guppy app and rent the vehicle
that suits you best.
Once at the airport, head to the general parking lot of AENA.
Take the parking entry ticket as you would with your own car and leave it visible on the dashboard.
Exit the vehicle, check, and end the rental.
Head to the terminal and enjoy your flight.
