The money a user has available after purchasing a savings voucher is called ‘guppy balance’.
Do the vouchers expire?
The guppy balance has an expiration of 1 year. However, if you purchase a new voucher before the end of that period, the validity date
of your balance will be extended by 1 more year. If you don’t spend the voucher or guppy balance within that year, the balance will be lost.
